In order for you to qualify for membership of the Staffordshire Society you should either:
Been born within the old County boundaries of Staffordshire
Desend from Staffordshire parentage or of Staffordshire lineage on either side, or
have been a resident within the County for five years.
Candidates for membership must be elected by the Council before being admitted to the privages of the Society.
Subscriptions are; Single life membership …………. £150.00
Joint life [husbandwife] membership £200.00
Annual…..Single £12.00
Annual…. Joint £20.00
Our Membership Secretary is Mrs Val Keeling and forms can be obtained from her by making a request via email to keelival@aol.com. If you fulfill the requirements your application will be put forward at the next meeting held by the Executive Council.
Once your application is approved a welcome pack will be sent out to you and you will be entitled to attend all future events. You may bring a guest along to any function, up to a maximum of 3 times before they must apply for membership themselves.This is with the exception of the Annual Dinner and the Annual General Meeting which are Members Only events.
