The Staffordshire Society was established in 1905 by a group of London-based Staffordshire gentlemen. Today it supports worthy causes across the county, holds social events and promotes awareness of the county’s heritage. Originally a men only group, ladies were admitted in 1910 and gained public awareness through regular dinners, rallies, contests and other events.
We are actively seeking to maintain a society representing the geographical County of Stafford, and to make people aware of their heritage. Regular social gatherings encourage cordiality and good fellowship between members with support for deserving local causes.
